Bylaws for Chapters

Download the official bylaws and constitution of the SNHS. This document can be used and modified to fit the situations at each school. Grade requirements specified in this document can be raised but not lowered at any of the chapters.

Annual Report

Each Chapter Advisor is required to submit a report that documents the activities that the chapter accomplished during the school year. The report can include activities, lectures and accomplishments. The form for the 2023-2024 school year will close September 10, 2024.

Update SNHS Chapter Advisor

If there will be or has been a change in the SNHS chapter advisor, please contact Fern Carbonell a fern@sciencenhs.org with the update. Provide the following information in the email:

• Name of the school (optional chapter number)
• Name of current advisor
• Name and email of the new advisor

SNHS Tax Form

On October 5, 2001, the SNHS was approved by the IRS as a non-profit 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization. Please contact us if you require a W-9 form.

SNHS Logo Files for Printing

These files can be used as needed. The JPG files are best applied to websites or smaller image applications. The AI or EPS files can be used for printing more detailed items or large format applications, i.e., banners. Your graphics department or print shop will know how to work with the appropriate format.
